Hi I’m Bailey!

Before I get into my booking process and what you can expect before, during, and after a session with me – I thought I would introduce myself!

My interest in photography started in high school with a v.1 iphone and old point and shoot camera – nostalgic right?!

After meandering through two business degrees, marrying the love of my life, and entering the joy of motherhood, I felt a strong desire to pick up a paintbrush, a camera, a pencil, anything and everything that would allow creativity to flow. 

Now? I photograph people in love. It is actually that simple. I adore photography and I am so blessed to do this as my job!  

My aim to tell love stories by documenting the beautifully grand moments, alongside the quiet and intimate memories. I want to capture all the epic stories, laughs, and special memories that you and those you love most will fondly look back upon for the rest of your lives.

My goal as your photographer is to focus on capturing your story while making sure your photos reflect the authenticity of you as a couple or family – photos with meaning.

The Booking Process

Inquiry: To begin your booking process, simply fill out my contact form. Once received, we will discuss the perfect date and time to ensure everyone’s availability and comfort. We’ll also touch on payment details and deposits to secure your session.

Welcome, Location, and Style Guides: After securing your booking with a 50% deposit, I will send over my welcome guide which includes location and styling tips and recommendations. This will help you prepare for our consult where we will discuss the vision you have for your session!

Pre-Session Consult: This step is all about tailoring the session to your unique style and preferences. We’ll discuss location options, wardrobe choices, and any special requests you may have, ensuring every detail aligns with your vision.

What to Expect at a Session

Arrival and Greeting: As you arrive, expect a warm welcome! We’ll set the tone for the session, creating a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere for you and your loved ones.

Getting Comfortable: To capture the most authentic moments, we’ll start with some warm-up activities to help everyone ease into the session and get comfortable in front of the camera.

Capturing Moments: From guided poses to candid shots, we’ll work together to capture the essence of your family dynamics and the tender moments of motherhood. Expect laughter, playfulness, and genuine emotions as we freeze these precious moments in time.

Flexibility and Adaptability: Life is full of surprises, and so are family sessions. Whether it’s unexpected weather or mood shifts, rest assured that we’ll navigate any challenges with grace and flexibility, ensuring a seamless experience for everyone involved.

Duration and Breaks: While the session typically lasts around an hour, we’ll incorporate planned breaks for rest and treats as needed, ensuring everyone feels energized and comfortable throughout the process.

Post-Session Process

Sneak Peeks: Sneak peeks of your session will be delivered within 48 hours, allowing you to relive the magic while we work on the full edits.

Editing and Selection: I meticulously edit each image to perfection, ensuring every detail reflects the beauty of your family’s story and ensuring your final gallery truly resonates with your heart. Most of my family sessions are all-inclusive which means you will receive a complete gallery with ALL edited images.

Final Delivery: Your final images will be delivered with care and attention to detail via a beautiful online gallery, ensuring they become cherished heirlooms for generations to come. Once the gallery is finished, we will discuss which artwork options you wish to have in your home if desired. Everything will be customizable to your unique style and desires. I can show you examples of framed prints, albums, etc. If included, we will select your prints at this time as well.
